Yes, we provide free roof analysis inspections and have a team experienced in diagnosing roof issues and determining whether repairs are feasible.

We do not currently offer emergency services but, depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate your request quickly, please give us a call to inquire about our turnaround time.

We exclusively use W2 employees that are fully covered under our insurance policy for all projects.

Yes, we pull permits for all roof replacements and any roof repairs exceeding the limits set forth by the municipality in the area we are working. We also handle all in-progress and final inspections with the building department.

We accept personal check, cashier’s check, electronic check, ACH, cash, and credit/debit cards.

Yes, we partner with 3rd party financing companies to ensure that your project is affordable. Financing programs and promotions are always changing so please ask about our current offerings.

Yes, when allowable, we handle the entire HOA approval process for you. In the event that your neighborhood’s association requires you as the homeowner to handle the approval request, we will provide you with all necessary information for the application.

Project duration depends on the details and scope of work of each project. However, in general, the average shingle roof replacement takes between 1 and 3 days, tile and metal roofs tend to take 1 to 2 weeks, and repairs can vary from a few hours to a few days depending on the scale.

Every project is assigned to one of our English-speaking project managers that will introduce themselves at the beginning of the project and serve as your direct point of contact through completion of the work.
